## Services

- Initial consultation: A no-charge conversation to clarify the player’s situation, goals and most useful next step.
- Individual training: Goal-led, 60-minute soccer development sessions with purposeful repetition and clear feedback.
- Match evaluation: Live or video game review with a written performance summary provided within 24 hours.
- Mental preparation: Support for focus, resilience, confident decisions and consistent performance habits.
- Mentoring and pathway guidance: Experienced perspective that connects immediate development work to longer-term goals.
- University recruiting guidance: Initial assessment, video preparation, coach letters and communication, opportunity identification and a professional recommendation to university coaches. Dwight advises players and families; he is not a player agent and does not guarantee recruitment.

## Pricing

- Initial consultation: No charge.
- Individual training: CAD $85 per 60-minute session. A ten-session individual package is CAD $750. Small groups add CAD $15 for each additional player, up to four players and a maximum total of CAD $130.
- Match evaluation: CAD $175 for a live or video evaluation, including a written summary within 24 hours. Travel expenses for live observation are agreed separately.
- University recruiting guidance: CAD $100 per month with a four-month minimum. On-field training and match or video evaluations are priced separately.
- Training fees are paid in advance by e-transfer. Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice; with less notice, 50% of the session fee is refunded.

## Lead coach

Dwight Hornibrook is a soccer coach, player-development specialist and mentor who holds a CSA A Licence, NCCP Level 5 certification and an M.S. in Sports Science. His background includes Cornell University women’s and men’s soccer, SUNY Cortland men’s soccer and Houghton men’s soccer; high-performance and national-team roles with Canada Soccer; North American scouting for Middlesbrough FC; and playing and coaching in the Canadian Soccer League. He has been inducted into the City of Fredericton Sports Wall of Fame.
